MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2016 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Oct Checks # 13488-13497 Nov Checks# 13488-13552 CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Darrell Santana, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 10 residents and 1non-resident Kevin from Star-Times. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the Minutes of October 7, 2016 Regular Town Board Meeting, and October 25, 2016 Special Town Board-Budget Workshop & October 26, 2016 Board of Review, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s October 31, 2016 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 3. ROAD SUPERVISOR’S REPORT: Orvillel King trailer now in compliance. The v box chain fixed on truck. Mowing done. Sand/salt mixed. Working with FEMA on Sept flood. Did annual hearing test. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 13 incidents. PUBLIC COMMENT: Want levy increase. ATV in county forest. WANDER LANE: No one here AMENDED ORDINANCE #10: Motion by Hodal to change Section 4B flag lot, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3 PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING, ELECTOR TOWN MEETING, AND SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING DATE NOVEMBER 17, 2016 STARTING AT 7:00 PM: NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, December 12, 2016 @ 6:30 PM.
