Public Comment At this time residents can address the Town Board on one or more topics for up to 3 minutes with time extensions at the Town Chairman’s discretion. In connection with non- agenda items, no action will be taken except for possible referrals to individuals or committees. No comments will be received at this time for matters that will be or have been the subject of a public hearing. The proper time for such comments is during the public hearing. This agenda item is limited to a total of 30 minutes, and speakers are heard in the order they sign up, if time is available. 3. Discussion – Interview for Town Board Supervisor or Plan Commission Member – Dan Yatzek 4. Discussion/Action – Appoint Town Board Supervisor and Plan Commission member 5. Discussion/Action – Allow alcohol to be consumed in the depot from Vittles and Vine to Crossings Community Church, both sides of the road for Depot Daze July 19, 2025 from 10-3 p.m. 11. Discussion/Action – ATV agreement with Town of Ottawa 12. Discussion/Action- Ordinance 25-6 to Amend the adopted Town of Genesee Comprehensive Land Use Plan-2035 for Scott and Sandra Messinger to change the Future Land Use designation from 5-Acre Density to Commercial. The property is described as being a part of the SW ¼ Section 27 & part of the SE ¼ Section 28, T6N, R18E, in the Town of Genesee. More specifically, the property is located at S53 W31165 Old Village Rd. (GNT 1546-973) 13. Discussion/Action-Ordinance 25-7 To amend the zoning map for the Town of Genesee Zoning Code from A-5 Mini Farm District to B-3 General Business District, on property described as being a part of the SW ¼ Section 27 & part of the SE ¼ Section 28, T6N, R18E, in the Town of Genesee. More specifically, the property is located at S53 W31165 Old Village Rd. (GNT 1546-973) 14. Discussion/ Action - Minutes to be approved – Joint Town Board and Plan Commission Public hearing minutes 5-27-2025, Special Town Board meeting 5-27-2025, Liquor License Hearing of 6-9-2025, Regular Town Board meeting 6-9-2025, Special Town Board meeting 6-17-2025, Special Town Board Meeting 6-24-2025 15. Discussion/Action – Operators permits – 16. Discussion/Action - Correspondence 17. CLOSED SESSION The Town Board may enter, by roll call vote, into a Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved; (Bryan Baltz W289S4736 Rockwood Trail and Sunset Park Restroom/Concession stand located at S30W28452 Sunset Dr, Town of Genesee) The Board will enter, by roll call vote, into Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Lake Country Fire & Rescue Contract) The Town Board will enter, by roll call vote, into a Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body had jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, (Wages and Benefits for all Town Employees) 18.
