FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 2, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6: 15 PM. Present at roll call were: Kerry Black, Dave Roelli, Mayor McDermott, and Steve Pickett . Absent: None. Also present were: Joe Boll, John Sonsalla, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Roelli, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Black, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Under new business, motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett, to go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85(1)(c) and 019.85(1)(f) Wis.Stats., to discuss potential candidates for the Director of Public Works Position; Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Black, to reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85(2) Wis. Stats., and adjourn the meeting. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes.
