(a) Discussion and action, if necessary, concerning Well #4 Project plans, specifications, and estimates. (b) Approve 2026 Overall City Budget. (c) Discussion and action concerning proposed Ordinance 08- 2025, City of Darlington Budget Adoption and Tax Levy Ordinance. (d) Discussion and action concerning Christmas gifts for City employees. (e) Discussion and action concerning the proposed 2026-2027 Maintenance Contract from Bruce Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC. 9. Reports of Committees. (a) Park and Recreation Commission meeting held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. (b) Library Board meeting held on Monday, November 24, 2025.
