FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 18, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6: 00 PM. Present at roll call were: Dave Roelli, Steve Pickett, Kerry Black, and Mayor McDermott. Absent: None. Also present were: Cindy Corley, John Sonsalla, Joe Boll, Jeff McCarthy, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Roelli, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Under new business, discussion was also held concerning the Public Works Employee job advertisement. A copy of the proposed advertisement was included in the agenda packet. The job advertisement will be published in the Republican Journal, The League of Wisconsin Municipalities, Wisconsin Rural Water Association, the City’s website, and the City’s Facebook page. After discussion and consideration, motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett , to approve the job advertisement as presented . Motion carried. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett , to go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85(1)(c) Wis.Stats., to review applications received for the Director of Public Works Position, and if appropriate to select applicants to interview for the position; Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett, to reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., and adjourn the meeting. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes.
