Town of Schley Plan Commission Meeting Minutes – March 21st, 2024 1. The meeting was called to order at 6:57 PM. 2. Commission members present: Craig Brown, Joe Polak, Lea Ratajczyk and Earl Welker. Tony Dallman was excused. 3. Public meeting notice was verified by Craig. 4. M/S Joe/Craig to approve minutes from the December 21st Plan Commission Meeting. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 5. Reports/miscellaneous items discussed: *Earl shared information on bills presented at the state that would limit farm and animal welfare regulations by local governments. *Earl had an opportunity to meet with a county official to discusss Conditional Use requirements for Home Occupation and Home Occupation, Expanded requests. 6. A) M/S Craig/Earl to discuss and approve Robinson’s LUA L-24-040 for a 14’ X 24’ addition and a 40’ X 80’ shed. All standard conditions required, including notifying the town building inspector. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 7. Discussion and possible action for upcoming meeting: none. 8. Public comment: none. 9. M/S Craig/Lea to adjourn the meeting. All Ayes.
