Town of Schley Plan Commission Meeting Minutes – June 29th, 2023 1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. 2. Commission members present: Craig Brown, Joe Polak, Lea Ratajczyk and Earl Welker. Tony Dallman was excused. 3. Public meeting notice was verified by Craig. 4. M/S Craig/Joe to approve minutes from the June 15th Plan Commission Meeting. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 5. Reports/miscellaneous items discussed: *A new address was requested for W1889 Robinson Drive. *Bug Tussell Wireless LLC, a new internet company, plans to install a 300 foot tower on a property located at N4640 Wyant Avenue. *Earl shared the state statute on wind turbines. 6. Public comment: none 7. A) Members discussed recommendations to the town board regarding steps to take in guiding their decision whether to repair and remodel the current town hall or construct a new one. It was felt a certified building inspector would identify needed repairs but an architect would submit plans for appropriate remodeling and to bring the current hall up to code. That wording was added to the previous list of recommendations discussed at the June 15th meeting. M/S Craig/Joe to approve the revised list of recommendations which Earl will share with the Town Board at their next meeting. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 8.
