1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS February 10, 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on February 10, 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4 :41 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson , Roger Van Someren , and Adam Honl . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Gunderson Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Honl to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with January financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , January expenses and some explanations to go with the items. Administrator Mansfield shared the 2026 budget book . 2. End of Year 2025 preliminary budget discussion – Administrator Mansfield shared with the committee some rough estimates of where he anticipates the city will finish 2025 from a revenues and expenses standpoint. There are still changes that will occur as the audit is completed. 3. Municipal Bond Rating Update – Administrator Mansfield briefed the committee on a meeting that the City had with S & P about the City ’s bond rating. He reviewed the responses that will be sent to S & P in regard s to the questions that they asked the City. Motion by Honl ; seconded by Duncanson ; to adjourn at 6 :17 p .m.
