CLOSED SESSION A) The Board will enter, by roll call vote, into Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Lake Country Fire & Rescue Contract) B) The Town Board will enter, by roll call vote, into a Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, (Administrator Duties). 17. Discussion/Action- following closed session, the Town Board will convene into open session and may take such action as it deems appropriate regarding the matter discussed in closed session 18.
