Discussion/Action – Request for change order from Fischer- Fischer- Theis, Inc for Ray Stadler Construction Co, Inc. to Furnish and install transformer for 3 heaters $3,071.58 at the new bathrooms/concessions at Sunset Park. 3. CLOSED SESSION: The Town Board will ente c r, by roll call vote, into a Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, Department of Public Works and Town employees. 4. Discussion/Action- following closed session, the Town Board will convene into open session and may take such action as it deems appropriate regarding the matter discussed in closed session 5.
