Price County Land Information Council Meeting Minutes Date: February 19, 2026 Time: 8:31 a.m. Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Evan Lund, Committee Chairperson. Roll Call Members Present: Doug Erickson, Joe Grapa, Roxanne Kahan, Sylvia Kerner, Sam Kotke, Evan Lund, Amanda McMeekin, Renee Leinfelder, Oakley Palecek Members Excused: Adam Speer Also Present: Brian Ernst, County Chair; Nick Trimner, County Administrator Items For Discussion and Possible Action 1. Public Comment and Communications: None. 2. Minutes from October 23, 2025, Meeting: Motion Kerner/Grapa to approve the October 23, 2025, meeting minutes. Motion carried. 3. Plat Books: There has been interest expressed in printed plat books for purchase at the County. Discussion on quantity. The Price County WI Land Atlas & Plat Book Agreement and pricing was presented and is on file. Motion Leinfelder/Grapa to order 100 plat books from Rockford Map, and sell them for $40 per book for pickup, $50 per book for shipped. Motion carried. 4. 2026 NG 911 Grant: Discussion on applying for the 2026NG 911 Grant, a new grant from the Department of Military Affairs, which includes 3 possible categories, letters “a” through “c.” Applications are due in March 2027. Motion McMeekin/Palecek to apply for the 2026 NG 911 Grants. Motion carried. 5. Next Meeting Date: Fall 2026 6. Adjourn: Meeting adjourned at 8:48 a.m. by Evan Lund, Committee Chairperson.
