COMMON COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE 4/8/2024 The Common Council of the City of Park Falls met in regular session at 5:00 PM on Monday, April 8, 2024. Mayor Tara Tervort called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM and the following members were present: Mayor: Tara Tervort Alderman: Dan Greenwood Dennis Wartgow Terry Wilson James Corbett - Excused Anthony Their Dixie Weidman Michael Mader Dina Bukachek City Attorney: Bryce Schoenborn - Excused City Administrator: Brentt Michalek - Excused Also present: Shannon Greenwood, Bill Hoffman, Becky Michels, Deb Hyde, Marvin Nevelier, Larry Reas, Benjamin Fox, Victor Ambrose, and Adam Ruechel of Baird Financial There was a motion by Alderman Weidman and seconded by Alderman Mader to adopt the agenda as revised. Motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS No Communications PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment NEW BUSINESS Adam Ruechel presented information on the proposed Project Plan Allocation Amendment for TID No. 3. Alderman Wartgow made a motion and seconded by Alderman Mader to approve Resolution 24-003 Approving Proposed Project Plan Allocation Amendment For Tax Incremental District No. 3 of the City of Park Falls, Wisconsin and Making Certain Findings with Respect Thereto. Motion carried, 7-0. Alderman Weidman made a motion and seconded by Alderman Wilson approving Resolution 24-004, Resolution for Sale of Real Estate. Motion carried, 7-0. COMMITTEE REPORTS Finance – Alderman Weidman made a motion and seconded by Alderman Bukachek to approve paying the bills in the amount of $441,836.79. Motion carried, 7-0. Board of Public Works – Nothing to Report. Public Services – Nothing to report. Personnel – Mayor Tervort welcomed new Treasurer Becky Michels.
