NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING A public meeting will take place at the time and place indicated below. The meeting is open to the public in keeping with Chapter 19, Subchapter IV, 1985 Wisconsin Statutes (Open Meeting Law). Government Unit Conducting Meeting: Joint Review Board Organizational Meeting Date: Wednesday, April 3, 2024 Time: 5:00 p.m. Place: City Hall, 400 4th Avenue South, Park Falls AGENDA Meeting: 1. Call to order 2. Roll Call 3. Appointment of Chairperson 4. Appointment of Public Member 5. Discuss Role of the Joint Review Board 6. Review Proposed Project Plan Allocation Amendment for TID No. 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to allow surplus positive tax increment of approximately $450,000 generated by TID No. 3 to pay for eligible project costs associated with TID No. 5. This proposed amendment will benefit TID No. 5, per Section 66.1105(f)3, TID No. 3 and 5 have the same overlying taxing jurisdictions, and per Section 66.1105(6)(f)2, TID No. 5 is a rehabilitation/conservation district. 7. Set the next meeting date of April 11, 2024, for approval of TID No. 3 Amendment 8. The City of Park Falls has contracted with Robert W. Baird & Company to assist in the creation of the project plan listed above.
