MINUTES – BOARD OF PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING Government Unit Conducting Meeting: Personnel Committee Date: March 7, 2024 Time: 5:00 P.M. Place: 400 4th Ave S, Park Falls Members of the Personnel Committee Present – Dennis Wartgow, Tony Their, Terry Wilson, Dina Bukachek Also Present: Mayor Tara Tervort, Dan Greenwood, Michael Mader, Brentt P. Michalek, Shannon Greenwood, Becky Michels Meeting was called to order by Chairman Wartgow at 5:00 p.m. Public Comment - None At 5:01 there was a motion by Alderman Wilson, seconded by Alderman Thier, to convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Regarding applicant interview, discussion, and recommendation for the Clerk and Treasurer position.) Motion carried. At 5:52 there was a motion by Alderman Wilson, seconded by Alderman Bukachek, to reconvene into open session. Motion carried.
