Approve minutes from December Meeting 3. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 4. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 5. PUBLIC COMMENT - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 6. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia including Anderson Lane: Update regarding Site Plan Ordinance Draft; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Culvert Aid application; Status of a grant writer search; 7. Discuss resident submissions on Site Plan Ordinance. 8. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs referencing Road Projects List. 9. Discuss town requirements for taking on a road. 10. Discuss reinstalling the PA system. 11. Discuss a raise for Election Workers including time+1/2 for Election Day overtime 12. Review Bruce Fire Department budget. 13. Review Town Policy on Mileage. 14. Announcements and Review of Correspondence. 15. Clerk update on Landfill Passes and Building Permits: 16. Set date for next meeting. 17.
