Approve minutes from November 11 Meeting and November 26 Special Meeting 3. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 4. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 5. PUBLIC COMMENT - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 6. Discuss findings from Planning Commission on N. Stefczak Lane. 7. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia including Anderson Lane: Update regarding Site Plan Ordinance Draft; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Culvert Aid application; Status of a grant writer search; 8. Discuss for approval the 2025 budget 9. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs referencing Road Projects List. 10. Discuss reinstalling a PA system. 11. Discuss a raise for Election Workers including time+1/2 for Election Day overtime 12. Review Bruce Fire Department budget. 13. Discuss donating to Shop with a Cop and the Rusk County Fair. 14. Discuss arranging a plaque for Heather Olesiak. 15. Discuss when to hold Caucus for 2025. Preferred date January 21, 2025. 16. Review Town Policy on Mileage. 17.
