Approve minutes from October Meeting 3. Approve minutes from October 16 Special Meeting 4. Approve minutes from October Budget Meeting 5. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 7. PUBLIC COMMENT - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 8. Discuss Attorney services and who is authorized to contact them. 9. Discuss securing legal counsel for the upcoming expansion at the landfill 10. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia including Anderson Lane: Culvert inventory status: Update regarding Site Plan Draft; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Culvert Aid application; Status of a grant writer search; 11. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs referencing Road Projects List. 12. Discuss replacing lights on west side of Town Hall and Shop 13. Discuss adding delinquent Fire Sign bills from 2023 to property tax bills. 14. Discuss the change in Workman’s Comp audit for Town insurance policy 15. Review Bruce Fire Department budget. 16. Discuss referendum results to appoint a treasurer 17. Discuss exceeding the levy limit. 18. Discuss obtaining the Tax Collector bonds for Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer. 19.
