Approve minutes from September Meeting 3. Approve minutes from September 17 Special Meeting 4. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 5. Approve Resolution 2024-2 that reorders the town meeting agenda to put bills approval here. 6. Discuss proper procedure for authorizing the the use of public funds. 7. Discuss approving cost for Weld Riley researching and proposing on Campground Ordinance. 8. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 9. Recommendations to the board by the Plan Commission regarding the site plan ordinance. 10. PUBLIC COMMENT - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 11. Discuss Stefczak Lane becoming a town road. 12. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia including Anderson Lane: Culvert inventory status: Update from Attorneys regarding Site Plan Draft; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Culvert Aid application; Status of a grant writer; 13. Discuss hiring Rick Summerfield to finish handling the undeveloped streets in Apollonia. 14. Discuss Resolution and Ordinance regarding the number of poll workers. 15. Discuss approval of Draft plan ordinance and to have copies available at election. 16. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs referencing Road Projects List. 17. Discuss crack-sealing on Sand Hill Road. 18. Discuss revised Bruce Library budget. 19. Discuss Patrice LoCoco’s application to establish an AirBNB in Bruce. 20. Discuss exceeding the levy limit. 21. Discuss appointing Val Richter as a poll worker. 22. Discuss raising the Clerk’s monthly office expenses amount. 23. Discuss proper procedure for authorizing the the use of public funds. 24.
