AGENDA •TOWN OF STUBBS • MONTHLY BOARD MEETING Town Hall, N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce August 12, 2024 • 6:00PM 1. Call Town Meeting to order and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approve minutes from July Meeting 3. Discuss/Move on opening of bids received from contractors for road work and move forward, 4. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 5. Informal Public Comment (Five minutes per person on Town business topics). 6. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia including Anderson Lane: Culvert inventory status: Updates from Scotts Construction on quotes for chip sealing. Update from Attorneys regarding Site Plan Draft. 7. Discuss/Move regarding road maintenance and repairs referencing Road Projects List. 8. Discuss/move on purchasing gravel from Haas & Sons at the old Swerz pit at a cost of $7.50/yard for Jones Rd. The town will load and haul, and keep track of yards taken. 9. Discuss/Move on having the county blacktop over any culverts that were replaced. 10. Discuss/Move on putting 3” of gravel on Jaskierny Ln. 11. Discuss/Move on the hire of the county to fill in potholes on designated roads. 12. Discuss/Move on repairing the boil on Ranch Road weather permitting. 13. Discuss/Move on hiring of a trapper for beaver dam at the mouth of the culvert on the south side of Tyman Road just west of Zebro Road within our ROW. 14. Discuss/move on proposed ordinance to make treasurer position appointed. 15. Discuss/move on considering Pete Perlongo as an alternate attendant for the recycle site. 16. Confirm dates for Open Book/Board of Review. 17. Announcements and Review of Correspondence. 18. Clerk update on Landfill Passes and Building Permits: 19. Items intended for Future Meetings: 20.
