Approve minutes from May Meeting 3. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 4. Discuss/Move hiring a lawyer for assistance with Site Planning and other contracts. 5. Informal Public Comment (Five minutes per person on Town business topics) 6. Discuss any objections to Taylor Amacoy Golf and Wonder Spot liquor license renewals for 2024 7. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia: Plaque for DeWayne Kiddy: Culvert inventory status: 8. Discuss/Move on chip sealing Pleasant Ridge Road per request from Big Bend as a shared road. 9. Discuss/move on getting an additional battery for Brian's string trimmer for trimming at the cemetery. 10. Discuss/move hiring Ron Wester as an alternate recycle-site attendant. 11. Caroline VanDerLoop, Clerk *Alternative Claims Procedure TOWN OF STUBBS ▪ ROAD PROJECTS 2024 OPEN 1) Blacktop over all culverts that were put in last year: a. Pieper b. Kief Rd c. Parsons d. Right of Way e. Zebro Craig has gotten us on the list at the county. The county will be doing the blacktopping 2) Ranch Road boil repair. It is not a pothole. 3) Chip Sealing to possibly complete in 2024: a. South Shore – Tom discussed chipseal products with Fahrner. b. South Kief - c. Amacoy Lake from Town Hall from Poppe Lane – maybe 2025 to see if it holds up during the winter. The grant for this is being diverted to Jaskierny Road blacktopping d. Possibly Pleasant Ridge Road (with Big Bend as a Shared Road) 4) Striping to be done: the roads need to be marked with dots along the center line for the machine operator need to see to do the striping. Dots have been done on S. Hutchinson. a. Piper b. South Hutchinson 5) Blacktopping a. Jaskierny Road: Build out the shoulders before blacktopping. Requires clay. We did not receive the grant for this project. Will require re-application in August or September to get in line again. 6) Future Potential Projects a. Kief/Tyman – T-intersection – Maybe into 2025 b. Amacoy – We did not get the grant. Reapplication required in August or September for next year. c. Draus Road: Gravel being obtained to build the turnaround. d. Persons Road: Gravel being obtained to build the turnaround. e. Pleasant Ridge Road: possible joint chipseal project with Big Bend as a shared road. f. Anderson Lane: Shut the road down. This is part of the Unused Roads project. g. Right of Way Road: Further ditching required? 6” crushed gravel required if blacktopping gets done. h. Guard Rails on S. Hutchinson Bridge COMPLETED 1. Bid accepted from Mike Hopkins $16 yard. To be ordered 1,000 yards at a time as needed. a. Road signs are now replaced. 2. Potholes identified to be filled: Craig will mark and county will come fill a. Zebro b. S Hutchinson c.
