We are currently up to date with property transfers and have processed about 245 documents and 9 Certified Survey Maps in the month of May. Four assessment rolls (Towns of Bass Lake, Lenroot, Ojibwa, and Spider Lake) have been printed for upcoming Boards of Review being held in June and July. The final seven rolls for the municipalities receiving revaluations will not be created until later in the year. Statements of Assessment and Assessment Rolls in XML format have been submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for all 10 municipalities that held their Boards of Review in May or earlier. The proposed trail would be approximately 0.8 miles in length and designed as a one-way, downhill only route. Purpose and Need At present, a two-way trail exists within the same corridor as the proposed alignment. Due to increased use, this trail has become a safety concern. Conflicts frequently arise when uphill riders encounter downhill riders traveling at higher speeds, creating hazardous conditions and diminishing the overall user experience. Proposed Solution The new one-way downhill trail would separate uphill and downhill traffic, significantly reducing potential for user conflicts. This design would enhance safety, improve flow, and provide a more enjoyable experience for all trail users, while maintaining responsible use of the existing corridor. Funding/Construction All funding and construction needs are the responsibility of CAMBA.
