Trash Containers / Dumpster blocking Alleyways
Chief Clapero addressed the mayor and council members regarding a complaint he received
regarding trash containers / dumpsters blocking City alleyways. Discussion ensued. It was a
consensus of the mayor and council members to have Chief Clapero inform the complainant that
the issue of trash containers / dumpsters blocking the alleyways has been discussed; there is not a
feasible solution to the issue; it is up to all the neighbors / business owners to get along with each
other; the City will work with the businesses to police the situation; if the alley is impassible to
call the police department to report the issue. No formal action was taken.
