Phantom Lakes Management District Organizational Meeting Minutes September 26th, 2018 Approved Call to Order Chairman Mark Carlson called the meeting to order at 9:48 pm. Board of Commissioners Roll Call Steve Verduyn, Kathryn Verduyn, Joe Kirchner, Dave Dubey, Mark Carlson, Greg Blohm, and Darlene Johnson. Election of Officers for 1 year term Mark Carlson made a motion to keep Greg Blohm as Secretary and Steve Verduyn as Treasurer, seconded by Darlene Johnson. The motion carried. Greg Blohm made a motion to keep Mark Carlson as Chairman, seconded by Joe Kirchner. The motion carried. Secretary’s Report Greg Blohm made a motion to accept the August 23, 2018 minutes and the September 13th, 2018 Special Meeting minutes as is, seconded by Kathy Verduyn. The motion carried. Treasurer’s Report Steve Verduyn presented the treasurer’s report with 10 bills totaling $15,522.74. There were 4 deposits totaling $380.34. Mark Carlson made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report as is, seconded by Greg Blohm. The motion carried. Set Next Meeting Date Greg Blohm set the next meeting date as October 25th, 2018.
