Town of Mukwonago Special Town Board Meeting Minutes Wednesday, June 25, 2014 In the absence of Chairman Dubey, Supervisor Topczewski called the meeting to order at 8:23 p.m. and stated the meeting was noticed. Present: Supervisors Hintz, Nicoson, Stefanowski and Topczewski. Chairman Dubey was absent. Also present: Kathy Karalewitz, Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer; John Macy, Town Attorney. RENEWAL OF 2014-15 CLASS B COMBINATION ALCHOL BEVERAGE LICENSES Motion by Superv isor Stefanowski, second by Supervisor Ni coson to approve renewal of 2014- 15 Class B Combination Alcohol Beverage License for Tracy R. Hewett d/b/a Lakeside Inn Restaurant & Lounge, subject to Town Administrator being satisfied that the documents are in pr oper form and subject to inspections of police department, fire depart ment and building inspector and satisfying all conditions of the inspections . All ayes; motion carried. Motion by Supervisor Nicoson, second by Supervisor Hintz to approve renewal of 2 014-15 Class B Combination Alcohol Beverage License for J. H. Ross d/b/a J. R.’ s Resort, subject to Town Administrator being satisfied that the documents are in proper form and subject to inspections of police department, fire department and building inspector and satisfying all conditions of the inspections. Supervisor Stefanowski voted “no”. The rest, three (3) in all voted “aye”. The motion carried. RENEWAL OF 2014-15 “CLASS B” LICENSE FOR PIEPER PORCH WINERY & VINEYARD Motion by Supervisor Nicoson, second by Supervisor Stefanowski to approve renewal of 2014 -15 “Class B” license for Katherine Pieper d/b/a Pieper Porch Winery & Vineyard, subject to Town Administrator being satisfied that the documents are in proper form and subject to inspections of po lice department, fire department and building inspector and satisfying all conditions of the inspections. All ayes; motion carried. LETTER OF CREDIT OF PHEASANT FIELDS Motion by Supervisor Nicoson, second by Supervisor Stefanowski to authorize the Town A dministrator to process necessary documents to call for the letter of credit for Pheasant Fields LLC in the amount of $465,544.33. All ayes; motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Supervisor Nicoson, second by Supervisor Stefanowski to adjourn at 8:51 p.m. All ayes; motion carried.
