Phantom Lakes Management District December 5th, 2024, 6:00 pm Meeting Minutes Virtual Meeting APPROVED 1. Call to Order a. Meeting called to order by Chairman Joe Graczyk at 6:03 PM 2. Open Meeting Notice a. The meeting was notified and posted according to law. 3. Roll Call a. Board Members Present: Joe Graczyk, Jake Jagmin, Ryan Fait, Scott Babinat, Adam Miller, County Supervisor Darlene Johnson, and Town of Mukwonago Representative Dave Dubey. Also Present: Bob Brill 4. Open Forum a. PLMD Assistant Colleen Mutchler sent out a reminder email for the end of year board member payment, board members to fill out paperwork and submit. 5. Announcements & Correspondence a. A certified letter from concerned residents on Wahl Avenue was received by The Town of Mukwonago, The Village of Mukwonago and PLMD. b. In response to the letter the ‘No Trespassing’ sings will be removed and replaced with ‘Keep Off Equipment’ signs. 6. Harvesting Permit Update a. Secretary Jake Jagmin cordially requested DNR Area Representative Heidi Bunk to reconsider the Whispering Bay pier area, the widening and addition of one lane. 7. Secretary’s Report a. Secretary Jake Jagmin makes a motion to approve the October 24th meeting minutes. County Supervisor Darlene Johnson seconds. Motion carried. 8. Treasurer’s Report a. Treasurer Adam Miller reads the report. County Supervisor Darlene Johnson makes a motion to approve Treasurer’s report. Chairman Joe Graczyk seconds. Motion carries. b. Grant available for 2020 harvester repairs, some receipts may qualify. 9. Harvesting Report a. Nothing to report 10. Next Virtual Meeting Thursday January 23rd, 2025, at 6pm 11. Adjournment a. Motion made to adjourn the meeting at 6:26pm by Town Representative Dave Dubey. Board member Ryan Fait seconds. Motion carried.
