TOWN OF MUKWONAGO JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD CORRECTED MINUTES Wednesday November 6, 2024 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting had been appropriately noticed. Plan Commission: Commissioners, Bratz, Usarek, Moulas, Bell, Schuett and Chairman Topczewski were present. Supervisor Clabault was absent Town Board: Chairman Topczewski Supervisors Boucher, Wrasman, Yerke and were present. Supervisor Clabault was absent Also present: John Macy, Town Attorney; Gail Obradovich, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer; Ben Greenberg, Town Planner. Meeting minutes of October 2, 2024 Plan Commission Action: Motion by Commissioner Bratz to approve the minutes of October 2, 2024 as presented, second by Commissioner Schuett, all ayes; motion passed. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Yerke to approve the minutes of October 2, 2024 as presented, second by Supervisor Wrasman, all in favor; motion passed. 5. Report by Building Inspector regarding any alleged or outstanding violation(s) The Building Inspector had reported he no new violations Site plan request to expand the parking lot associated with Story Hill Church, located at S91W30580 County Hwy NN (MUKT1959993003), Town of Mukwonago – Joshua Koskinen, applicant; Wisconsin District of Wesleyan Church, owner. Chairman Topczewski gave a brief overview of the application. Mr. Greenberg went through his Staff Report dated October 29, 2024. Joshua Koskinen (S91W30580 County Hwy NN) was in attendance to answer questions. Discussion followed Applicant was advised to obtain necessary permits from the County. Plan Commission Action: Motion by Chairman Topczewski to approve the site plan as set forth in the petitioner’s application; approve the site plan as well as complying with Zoning Codes 36-495, 36-1301 and 36-1444. Second by Commissioner Usarek. All in favor; motion passed. Site Plan/Building Plan/Plan of Operation for a maintenance garage (3,150 sf) for the Mukwonago School District, located at S93W30575 County Hwy NN (MUKT1959993007), Mukwonago Area School District, applicant The Chairman reviewed the applicants request tabled from a recent meeting. The Planner gave an overview of his Staff Report dated October 29, 2024. Bill Canfield, Builder, and Andy Wegner District Facility Manager, were also in attendance. Discussion followed. Second by Commissioner Bell, all in favor; motion passed.
