Phantom Lakes Management District October 24th, 2024, 6:00 pm Meeting Minutes Virtual Meeting APPROVED 1. Call to Order a. Meeting called to order by Chairman Joe Graczyk at 6:05 PM 2. Open Meeting Notice a. The meeting was noticed and posted according to law. 3. Roll Call a. Board Members Present: Joe Graczyk, Jake Jagmin, Ryan Fait, Scott Babinat, County Supervisor Darlene Johnson, and Town of Mukwonago Representative Dave Dubey. Also Present: Bob Brill 4. Open Forum a. The topic of 2025 fireworks and cost analysis introduced by Secretary Jake Jagmin. Looking to continue securing July 3rd for fireworks and asking for bids. b. County Supervisor Darlene Johnson will be absent for the 2025 Annual Meeting on Tuesday September 23rd. 5. Announcements & Correspondence a. Nothing currently 6. Harvesting Permit Update a. WIDNR contested the hearing b. PLMD has until November 1st to contest the ruling in Circuit Court. c. WI DNR Representative Heidi Bunk has been on the lake recently with the complaints about the wild rice from many residents. 7. Fish Stocking a. Successful stocking, Steve Verduyn posted photos on Facebook. 8. Secretary’s Report a. Secretary Jake Jagmin makes a motion to approve the September 26th organizational meeting minutes. County Supervisor Darlene Johnson seconds. Motion carried. b. Secretary Jake Jagmin makes a motion to schedule 2025 meeting dates; 1/23, 3/27, 4/24, 5/15, 6/26, 7/24, 8/21, 9/23, 10/23 and 12/4. Town Representative Dave Dubey seconds the motion. Motion carried. County Supervisor Darlene Johnson will be absent on 4/24 and 9/23. 9. Treasurer’s Report a. Treasurer’s Report read by Town Representative Dave Dubey. Secretary Jake Jagmin makes a motion to approve Treasurer’s report. Board member Ryan Fait seconds. Motion carries. 10. Harvesting Report a. All equipment is put away except for the conveyor located at the end of Wahl Avenue. 11. Next Virtual Meeting Thursday December 5th, 2024, at 6pm 12. Adjournment a. Motion made to adjourn meeting at 6:27pm by Town Representative Dave Dubey. Secretary Jake Jagmin seconds. Motion carried.
