Stats. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; regarding Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer; Deputy Clerk-Treasurer; Police Chief; Assistant Police Chief; Public Works Superintendent; Director of Parks and Recreation; Administrative Assistant in Police Dept.; Parks and Recreation/Public Works Assistant; Public Works Crewman. 5. Closed Session The Board may convene into Closed Session Pursuant to Wis.
