TOWN OF MUKWONAGO JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD MINUTES Wednesday October 2, 2024 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting had been appropriately noticed. Roll Call Plan Commission: Chairman Topczewski, Commissioners, Bratz, Moulas, Supervisor Clabault and were present. Commissioners Usarek, Bell, and Schuett were absent. Town Board: Chairman Topczewski, Supervisors Boucher, Wrasman, Yerke and Clabault were present. Also present: John Macy, Town Attorney; Kelly Mueller, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer; Ben Greenberg, Town Planner 4. Meeting minutes of September 5, 2024 Plan Commission Action: Motion by Chairman Topczewski to approve the minutes of September 5, 2024 as presented, second by Commissioner Bratz, all ayes. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Boucher to approve the minutes of September 5 as presented, second by Supervisor Yerke, all ayes. 5. Report by Building Inspector regarding any alleged or outstanding violation(s) The Building Inspector was not present as there were no outstanding violations to report. 6. Site plan review of a parking lot expansion for Story Hill Church located at S93W30580 C.T.H. NN; Joshua Koskinen, applicant; application 2024-17 Passed on item to end of meeting to see if applicant would show up. Applicant did not show up. Tabled Commission action: Motion by Supervisor Clabault to table to next month, second by Chairman Topczewski all in favor. 7. Site plan review for maintenance building located at S93W30575 C.T.H. NN; Mukwonago Area School District, applicant; application 2024-12 (no packet materials) (Applicants have requested this item be tabled to the November 6, 2024, Plan Commission and Town Board meeting) due to referendum Plan Commission Action: Motion by Chairman Topczewski to table application request until meeting on November 6, 2024 at 6:30pm. Second by Supervisor Bratz, all in favor. 8. One lot certified survey map located off of STH 59 (vacant land - no address) (MUKT1894998); Zakrzewski 2006 Joint Revocable Trust (Diane Zakrzewski, Agent) application 2024-11 Joint Plan Comm/Town Board Minutes October 2, 2024 Page | 2 Applicant was not present as Mr. Greenberg stated that he spoke to the applicant she needs to submit plans to the county. She requested an extension to the end of the year for the December 4th meeting. Plan Commission Action: Motion by Chairman Topczewski to table the item until the December 4th meeting, Second by Supervisor Clabault, all ayes. 9. Concept discussion regarding a proposed mini-farm and animal sanctuary, located at S67W28435 River Rd. (MUKT1876997); Todd and Katherine Pieper (owner), Thalia Haseotes, Cold Noses Foundation Inc.
