Phantom Lakes Management District June 18th, 2024, 6:00 pm SPECIAL Meeting Minutes End of Wahl Avenue at Lower Phantom Lake APPROVED 1. Call to Order a. Meeting called to order by Chairman Joe Graczyk at 6:04 PM 2. Open Meeting Notice a. The meeting was noticed and posted according to law. 3. Roll Call a. Board Members Present: Joe Graczyk, Adam Miller, Jake Jagmin, Joanne Tlachac- Hehn, County Supervisor Darlene Johnson, and Town of Mukwonago Representative Dave Dubey. Also Present: Colleen Mutchler, Dawn Wilson, Chad Klawitter, Brandy Hawthorne, Erynn Wilson, Caroline Jagmin and Leanne Eastlund. 4. New Harvester a. The new harvester was launched by Inland Lake Harvesters onto Lower Phantom Lake the morning of June 18th. Trailer is being stored at the YMCA Camp. ILH still owes us a toolbox and white Bimini cover (on order). Spare parts are being stored at the YMCA barn. b. The PLMD side of the YMCA is looking cleaned up a bit, need to work on getting a divider up. c. Operator Brandy Hawthorne started early last week, will be operating Baby Blue. 5. Discussion of the purchase of a used conveyor a. Secretary Jake Jagmin went to Pewaukee to assess the used conveyor for sale. The conveyor is in rough condition and smaller than our current conveyor. The conveyor on auction would not be a good fit. 6. Next Virtual Meeting Thursday June 27th, 2024, at 6pm 7. Adjournment a. Motion made to adjourn meeting at 6:17pm by Town Representative Dave Dubey. Chairman Joe Graczyk seconds. Motion carried.
