TOWN OF MUKWONAGO TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES WEDNESDAY , JULY 17, 2024 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The Chairman stated the meeting was properly noticed. ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Topczewski; Supervisors Boucher, Clabault, Wrasman and Yerke; also present Kathy Karalewitz, Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer; Dave Adams, Director of Parks and Recreation; Tim Lynch, Engineer; Attorney John Macy. PUBLIC COMMENTS Chairman Topczewski asked if anyone wished to address the board. No one wished to speak. MINUTES Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the minutes of the June 19, 2024 Town Board meeting. Supervisor Boucher corrected the following on the minutes: Page 2 paragraph 7 under “Resolution amending the 2024 General Fund” to add “increase” in front of the $26,770. All ayes; motion carried as amended. AUTHORIZE ADMINISTRATOR TO DRAFT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF MUKWONAGO AND VILLAGE OF VERNON FOR RECREATION PROGRAMS Dave Adams was present and informed the board what the Village of Vernon was looking for regarding services for their recreation programs. Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to authorize the Administrator to draft an Agreement between the Town of Mukwonago and the Village of Vernon to assist the Village of Vernon with their recreation programs. Draft to be brought back to the board next month. All ayes. AMENDMENT 1 FOR CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – COUNTRY BLISS RELIEF PIPE Tim Lynch was present and gave a brief review of what was entailed in the amendment regarding Country Bliss Relief Pipe project. Motion by Supervisor Clabault, second by Supervisor Boucher to approve the Amendment 1 for Construction Professional Services for country Bliss Relief Pipe project in the amount of $18,300. All ayes. GLOBE CONTRACTOR’S APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT FOR COUNTRY BLISS RELIEF PIPE PROJECT Tim Lynch was present to give a review of the final payment to Globe Contractor’s for the Country Bliss Relief Pipe Project. Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the contract for Globe Contractors in the amount of $110,798. All ayes. ICE/SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT BY ERIC JACOBSON GRADING FOR 2024-2025 SNOW SEASON Motion by Supervisor Boucher second by Supervisor Yerke to approve the Ice/Snow Removal Contract by Eric Jacobson Grading for 2024-2025 Snow Season. All ayes. ROB SOUTHWICK REGARDING DISPUTE OF CHARGES ON INVOICE #7336 Mr. Southwick spoke to the board regarding his dispute on charges that appeared on his invoice #7336. Motion by Chairman Topczewski, second by Supervisor Clabault to approve a reduction on the invoice in the amount of $187.50. Supervisor Boucher voted “no”. The rest, four (4) in all voted “aye”. FINANCE/PERSONNEL QUARTERLY FINANCIALS There were no questions regarding the quarterly financials. MONTHLY BILLS Motion by Supervisor Wrasman, second by Chairman Topczewski to pay the monthly bills. All ayes. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Chairman Topczewski, second by Supervisor Clabault to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. All ayes.
