TOWN OF MUKWONAGO JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD MINUTES Wednesday June 5, 2024 Deputy Clerk Gail Obradovich called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting had been appropriately noticed. Roll Call Plan Commission: Commissioners, Bratz, Usarek, Moulas and Schuett were present. Commissioner Bell and Chairman Topczewski were absent. Town Board: Supervisors Boucher, Clabault, Wrasman and Yerke were present. Chairman Topczewski was absent. Also present: John Macy, Town Attorney; Gail Obradovich, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer and Ben Greenberg, Town Planner. Deputy Clerk Obradovich asked for a motion to appoint a chairman for this meeting. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Wrasman to appoint Supervisor Boucher as the temporary Chairman. Second by Commissioner Bratz, all ayes; motion passed. Meeting minutes of May 1, 2024 Plan Commission Action: Motion by Commissioner Bratz to approve the minutes of May 1, 2024 as presented, second by Commissioner Usarek, all ayes; motion passed. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Yerke to approve the minutes of May 1, 2024 as presented, second by Supervisor Boucher, all in favor; motion passed. Please note: Some topics for discussion/action were not presented in the same order as prepared on the agenda. TOWN BOARD ONLY Approval of Producer Full-Service Retail Sales Application for Raised Grain Brewing Company LLC Atty Macy explained the new procedure for this type of event. Discussion followed. Jeremy Mattson with Raised Grain Brewing was in attendance to answer questions. Town Board action: Motion by Supervisor to Yerke approve the request for the Retail Sales application by Grain Brewing Company LLC. Second by Supervisor Clabault. All in favor; motion passed. Report by Building Inspector regarding any alleged or outstanding violation(s) The Building Inspector had reported he no new violations Joint Plan Comm/Town Board Minutes June 5, 2024 Page | 2 Site plan review for ground-mounted solar project located at W314S8134 Whitmore Road; Eric and Dionne Gorski, applicant; (Roman Newell, agent); application 2024-13 Mr. Greenberg gave an overview of the application. Plan Commission Action: Motion by Supervisor Clabault to approve the proposed solar array project provided the property owner submits documentation acceptable to the building inspector indicating the system meets all applicable regulations and requirements of the affected utility company. Second by Commissioner Bratz, all in favor; motion passed. Site plan review for ground-mounted solar project located at W335S8366 CTH E; Ron and Paula Harris; (Adams Electric, agent); application 2024-14 The Planner stated this item was like the previous request. Discussion followed. Plan Commission Action: Motion by Commissioner Bratz to approve the proposed solar array project provided the property owner submits documentation acceptable to the building inspector indicating the system meets all applicable regulations and requirements of the affected utility company. Second by Commissioner Schuett. All in favor; motion passed. Discussion related to conditional use approvals for Federal Firearms Licenses The Chairman gave an overview for the discussion. The Planner is to set up a schedule for review policy and possible forms of all FFL applications, all being reviewed in the same month.
