Call to Order A regular meeting of the Health & Human Services Committee and Human Services Board was held in room A- 200 at the Administration Center. Present Supervisor Patrick Foy, Supervisor Jennifer Mackinnon, Supervisor Bruce Paape, Supervisor Melissa Custer, Supervisor Monis Khan, Board Member Steven Kulick, Board Member Chuck Sigurdson, Board Member Kristen Berns Absent None Excused None Staff present: County Administrator Dzwinel, Human Resources Director McDonell, Public Health Director Buechler, Behavorial Health Manager Plahna, Medical Director Churchwell, Lasata Senior Living Campus Administrator Smith and Deputy County Clerk Reedy. 2. Proper Notice Chairperson Foy called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM. The clerk noticed the meeting as required. 3. Public Comments, Correspondence, Communications There were none. 4. Approval of Minutes September 1, 2026 Motion: Motion to approve the September 1, 2026 minutes as submitted. The kitchen hood upgrade inspection has been scheduled, and they are working on window treatments, trim and flooring. b.
