EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 4, 2026 A. CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the Executive Committee was held in room A-200 at the Administration Center. Present Supervisor Lee Schlenvogt, Supervisor Marty Wolf, Supervisor Patrick Foy, Supervisor Rick Nelson, Supervisor Rob Holyoke, Supervisor Eric Stelter Absent None Excused None Staff Present: County Administrator Dzwinel, Corporation Counsel Gorden, Human Services Director Falkner, Behavorial Health Program Manager Plahna, and County Clerk Kretlow. B. PROPER NOTICE Chairperson Schlenvogt called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM. The clerk noticed the meeting as required. C. PUBLIC COMMENTS, CORRESPONDENCE, COMMUNICATIONS There were none. D. ACTION ITEMS 1. Resolution: Creation of an Ozaukee County Department of Human Services Dual Diagnosis Day Treatment Center Using Ozaukee County Opioid Settlement Funds Ms. Gorden, Ms. Plahna and Ms. Falkner addressed questions from the committee members. Supervisor Foy shared the positive feedback received regarding the benefit the treatment center will have for veterans in the county. Motion: Motion to approve the resolution approving $600,000 of Ozaukee County opiate settlement funds to support the development of a Dual Diagnosis Day Treatment Center. This resolution will move forward to the County Board for final action. Budget Amendment 2026 – Transfer of $600,000 of Opiate Settlement Funds to Day Treatment Center Motion: Motion to approve the resolution authorizing the transfer of $600,000 from the Opiate Settlement Fund to Human Services for the development of a Day Treatment Center. This resolution will move forward to the County Board for final action.
