County Board Meeting - Administration Center — Minutes

OZAUKEE COUNTY BOARD MID-MONTH REGULAR MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2026 – 9:00 AM ADMINISTRATION CENTER - ROOM A-204 121 W. MAIN STREET, PORT WASHINGTON, WI 53074 The County Board reconvened at 9:00 AM pursuant to adjournment and was called to order by Chairperson Schlenvogt. The Clerk took the roll. All members were present, Supervisor Matera excused and Supervisor Khan was absent. Supervisory District 12 is vacant. Board members and guests stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. There was no public comment. There were no communications or claims. Presentations: Integrated Behavioral Health Day Treatment (Dual Diagnosis) Program Presentation Jason Dzwinel, County Administrator; Kim Falkner, Human Services Director and Emily Plahna, Behavioral Health Manager Mr. Dzwinel reviewed the opioid settlement terms and spending guidelines. Ms. Falkner and Ms. Plahna delivered an in-depth proposal covering the day center's clinical vision and fiscal impact. Questions were addressed following the presentation. 10:40 AM Supervisors Wolf, Grabow and Larson excused. There were no committee reports. Under supervisor announcements, Supervisor Kincaide mentioned the February 28 fundraiser to benefit Epilepsy and Supervisor Taylor mentioned George Washington’s birthday. Motion made by Supervisor Nelson, seconded by Supervisor Clark, to adjourn, subject to call by the Chairperson, or until Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Voice vote, motion carried.
