FINANCE EXECUTIVE JOINT COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 4, 2026 A. CALL TO ORDER A special meeting of the Finance and Executive Joint Committee meeting was held in room A-200 at the Administration Center. Present Supervisor Lee Schlenvogt, Supervisor Patrick Foy, Supervisor Rick Nelson, Supervisor Rob Holyoke, Supervisor Eric Stelter, Supervisor Arnett, Supervisor Clark, Supervisor Larson Absent Supervisor Marty Wolf Excused None Staff Present: County Administrator Dzwinel, County Treasurer Tretow, Finance Director McMahon, and County Clerk Kretlow. B. PROPER NOTICE Chairperson Schlenvogt called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM. The clerk noticed the meeting as required. C. PUBLIC COMMENTS, CORRESPONDENCE, COMMUNICATIONS There were none. D. ACTION ITEMS 1. Resolution Authorizing the Redemption Of Certain Of The General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Dated March 7, 2019 Mr. Dzwinel provided a recap of the resolution regarding the allocation of 2025 surplus revenue toward debt reduction and the financial benefits. Discussion followed with questions addressed by Mr. Dzwinel. Motion: Motion to approve the resolution authorizing the refunding of $1,238,175 of Ozaukee County General Obligation Bonds issued March 2019. This resolution will move forward to the County Board for final action. Resolution Budget Amendment 2026 – Redemption Of 2019 General Obligation Refunding Bonds Motion: Motion to approve resolution transferring $1,238,175 from the General Fund Undesignated Fund Balance to the Debt Service Fund to fund the redemption of the 2019 General Obligation Bonds. This resolution will be forwarded to the County Board for final action.
