OZAUKEE COUNTY BOARD PROCEEDINGS OZAUKEE COUNTY BOARD MID-MONTH REGULAR MEETING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2026 – 9:00 AM ADMINISTRATION CENTER - ROOM A-204 121 W. MAIN STREET, PORT WASHINGTON, WI 53074 The County Board reconvened at 9:00 AM pursuant to adjournment and was called to order by Chairperson Schlenvogt. The Clerk took the roll. All members were present, Supervisor Khan excused. Supervisory District 12 is vacant. Board members and guests stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. There was no public comment. There was no communication. Presentations: Use of County Opiate Settlement Funds – Day Treatment Center Start Up Kim Falkner, Human Services Director and Emily Plahna, Behavioral Health Manager Ms. Falkner and Ms. Plahna presented on the Integrated Behavioral Health treatment for lasting recovery including the Mission, Vision, Program Design, Operations & Staffing and Implementation & Financial Overview. Questions were addressed following the presentation. Ozaukee-Washington 2026-2028 Community Health Improvement Plan Kim Buechler, Public Health Director and Alex Weiland, Ross Hafeman, Public Health Strategist Ms. Buechler, Ms. Weiland, and Mr. Hafeman reviewed the highlights from the 2022-2025 plan and highlighted the focus for the 2026-2028 Community Health Improvement Plan. Under committee reports, there were none. Under supervisor announcements, Supervisor Kincaide attended the monthly meeting for the Ozaukee Homeless Coalition and shared relevant details. Supervisor Kincaide invited members to attend an event featuring the Lincoln Russell quartet on February 12th at the Cedarburg Cultural Center. Motion made by Supervisor Nelson, seconded by Supervisor Clark, to adjourn, subject to call by the Chairperson, or until Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Voice vote, motion carried.
