EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 5, 2026 1. CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the Executive Committee was held in room A-200 at the Administration Center. Present Supervisor Lee Schlenvogt, Supervisor Marty Wolf, Supervisor Rick Nelson, Supervisor Rob Holyoke, Supervisor Eric Stelter Absent None Excused Supervisor Patrick Foy Staff present: County Administrator Dzwinel and County Clerk Kretlow. Others Present: Dan Benson - Ozaukee Press and Supervisor Kincaide. 2. PROPER NOTICE Chairperson Schlenvogt called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM. The clerk noticed the meeting as required. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS, CORRESPONDENCE, COMMUNICATIONS There were none. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES December 1, 2025 Motion: Motion to approve the December 1, 2025 minutes as submitted. ACTION ITEMS a) Resolution: Supporting American Transmission Company’s Ozaukee County Distribution Interconnection Project Utilizing the Identified Alternate Transmission Route Mr. Dzwinel answered questions presented by Supervisor Kincaide and Supervisor Wolf. Motion by Supervisor Wolf, seconded by Supervisor Stelter to amend the resolution by removing the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ozaukee County Board of Supervisors that the County expresses its support for the upgrades to ATC’s electric transmission infrastructure; and paragraph and change the following paragraph by removing BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and inserting NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ozaukee County Board of Supervisors strongly supports... The vote was then taken on the amendment. Motion carried. (5-0) Motion: Motion to approve the resolution as amended. This resolution will move forward to the County Board for final action. This ordinance will move forward to the County Board for final action. REPORT OF COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR Updates on construction of the Lasata CBRF, status of the 2026 Project Fund and Opiate Fund Project. Reminder that the County Administrator's annual review will be held at next month's meeting. 8. COMMITTEE REPORTS Supervisor Wolf reported that the Highway Department has done a wonderful job in turning around the 2025 fiscal outlook. 9. NEXT MEETING DATE February 2, 2026 10.
