Present: Chairman Janik, Commissioners Clarke, Depies, Koeppen, Mishefske, Strohmeyer Excused: Winquist Staff Present: Clerk Jenkins 2- Approval of Agenda: -Motion to Approve by Co. Depies, 2nd by Co. Mishefske. Approved Unanimously. 3- Public Comments (Comments are limited to 3 minutes, and may only be regarding Items on the Agenda): -None 4- Minutes: Discussion and possible action to approve minutes of the June 4th, 2025 meeting. -Motion to Approve by Co. Koeppen, 2nd by Co. Depies. Approved Unanimously. 5- Presentations: JXB Performance - Business New Construction in Town of Fredonia - Jay Bullington of JXB Performance and Brian Depies of Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc presented preliminary plans and business operations for their new headquarters along Hwy 57 across from Cedar Valley Cheese. Currently a Saukville based business, they hope to open up an event space, restaurant, giftshop, storage, camping, and live entertainment venue – all revolving around grass roots motorsports. Berms and fencing will be placed. Sound study to come. High grade asphalt will be installed throughout the site. 6- Discussion on JXB Performance – Business New Construction in Town of Fredonia - Clerk Jenkins reviewed the process of creating a Conditional Use Permit, Re-zoning, and site plan review which will all come back before the commission. The Commission members asked some clarifying questions. Primary concerns were noise levels and traffic in and out of the event space onto the Highway 57 intersection. Consensus was for JXB to move forward in their due diligence and applications. 7- Adjourn: -Motion to Adjourn by Co. Strohmeyer, 2nd by Co. Koeppen. Approved Unanimously.
