June 8, 2026 Common Council Minutes 1 City Of Lake Geneva Common Council Minutes Monday, June 8, 2026 - 5:00 PM Lake Geneva City Hall; Council Chambers Call to Order by Mayor Krause at 5:00 pm. Roll Call Present: Todd Krause, Sherri Ames, JaNelle Powers, Mary Jo Fesenmaier, Linda Frame, Brian Smith, Joel Hoiland, Cathy Stoodley and Cynthia Yager. Absent: None. Others present: City Administrator Dave De Angelis, City Clerk Lacey L. Reynolds, City Attorney Dan Draper, Finance Director Laura Pisarcik, Assistant Administrator Chris Bennett and other interested persons. Presentations/Discussion regarding contract, turnkey transport services for the City of Lake Geneva Assistant Administrator Bennett reviewed the procedure for the meeting and announced each presenter will have about 15 minutes to present. Dousman Transport Company Larry Kirkley presented for Dousman Transpoort Company. Beginning about 5:37 pm, representative Kirkley and the Council members participated in Q&A. Topics discussed were tourism and school season overlap, ADA capabilities of buses, driver wages and advertising shared revenue. Lakefront Shuttle Bo McAllister presented for Lakefront Shuttle. Beginning about 5:42 pm, representative McAllister and the Council members participated in Q&A. Topics discussed were type of vehicles, hourly work shifts, capacity of vehicles and driver wages. Lake Geneva Transit Co. Jade Goodhue presented for Lake Geneva Transit Co. Beginning about 5:45 pm, representative Goodhue and the Council members participated in Q&A.
