Page 1 of 7 RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL A resolution designating Local Depositories, pursuant to Section 34.05, Wisconsin Statutes and Authorized Signatories for the City of Lake Geneva. Committee: N/A Fiscal Impact: N/A File Number: 26-R21 Date: April 21, 2026 WHEREAS, the City of Lake Geneva is required under the provision of §34.05, Wisconsin Statutes, to designate by resolution one or more public depositories, organized and doing business under the laws of the State or Federal law and located in the State of Wisconsin, in which the Finance Director/Comptroller and the Treasurer/Senior Financial Analyst shall deposit all public monies received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Lake Geneva as follows: 1. That the following institutions and their successors in interest be and are hereby designated as public depositories for the City of Lake Geneva, in which all public monies shall be deposited: U.S. Bank Town Bank PNC Bank BMO Harris JP Morgan Chase Bank Local Government Investment Pool at the State Treasury (LGIP) Associated Bank First National Bank & Trust Company Community State Bank Edward Jones BNY/Pershing Investments 2. Committee: N/A Fiscal Impact: N/A File Number: 26-R22 Date: April 21, 2026 WHEREAS, the City of Lake Geneva must identify an official newspaper for the purpose of publishing all City Notices that require publication by Wisconsin State Statute, all City Ordinances, and all Proceedings of the Common Council. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that all Public Notices, Ordinances, and Proceedings of the City of Lake Geneva Common Council be published in the Lake Geneva Regional News and the same is designated as the official paper for the City of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Committee: N/A Fiscal Impact: N/A File Number: 26-R23 Date: April 21, 2026 WHEREAS, Section 2-49 of the City of Lake Geneva Municipal Code states “The standing committees shall consist of five persons all of whom shall be Aldermen and shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to approval of Council. The Mayor shall designate one of each committee's members as the committee chairman. The term for members shall be one year.
