Approval of Unofficial Tree Enhancement Committee Meeting Minutes of January 22, 2026 The motion to approve the Unofficial Tree Enhancement Committee Meeting Minutes of January 22, 2026 was initiated by Member Speare and seconded by Member Marra. Trustee Russell Abstained Motion carries. IV. Update on Donations/ Fund Raising/ Lion's Club Possible Financial Assistance The Committee discussed the status of all current donations, fundraising and possible Lion's Club financial assistance. V. Discussion and Possible Action on Planting Five (5) - Six (6) Additional Trees in Phase Three Triangle Park The Committee discussed planting two (2) more white pines, two (2) more hawthorns, and two (2) more magnolia or flowering trees. VI. Discussion and Possible Action on Phase Four Dog Park 2026 Tree Plantings, Approve Banner to Promote a Memorial Tree Program, Finalize Fund Raising Amounts The Committee discussed phase four Dog Park 2026 tree plantings. VII. Discussion and Possible Action on Phase Five Bailey Estates Public Park 2026/2027 Tree Plantings The Committee discussed phase five Bailey Estates public park 2026/2027 tree plantings. VIII.
