Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES Special Town Board Meeting Monday, September 14, 2026, at 6:45 pm Linn Town Administrator/Treasurer Office W3728 Franklin Walsh St. Zenda, WI 53195 Held in-person Only Chairman Weiss called the meeting to order at 6:46 p.m. Present at roll call were Supervisors Zimmerman, Livingston-excused, Leith, Palmer, Chairman Weiss also present were Attorney Duquette, Clerk Morris and Administrator/Treasurer David Zimmerman. Consider a motion to convene into closed session: Leith/Palmer motioned to move into closed session according to WI Statue 19.85(1)(g) at 6:47 p.m. Motion Carried. a. Closed session according to Wisconsin Statute sec. 19.85(1)(g) – conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Roll Vote: Supervisors Zimmerman-yes, Leith-yes, Palmer-yes, Chairman Weiss- yes Motion to reconvene into open session: Leith/Palmer motioned to move into open session at 6:56 pm. Motion Carried. Possible discussion of/taking of action regarding closed session matters: Nothing to Discuss Leith/Palmer motioned to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. Motion Carried.
