Recreation Committee Meeting Wednesday September 16, 2026 5:30 pm at Community Center Members: Matoushek, Erstad, Justmann, Smedema, White, Nehls-Rennhack, and Mayor Jane Fude Members Absent: Justmann, Smedema Also Present: None 1. The Meeting was called to order at 5:31 pm and roll call was taken. 2. Nehls-Rennack/Erstad to approve the agenda. Motion carried. 3. White/ Nehls-Rennhack to approve minutes from previous meeting. Motion carried. 4. Public Appearances or Comments 5. White/ Nehls-Rennhack to approve Park Rental Price Changes for 2027 6. White/Nehls-Rennhack adjourn into closed session as Per WI Stat 19.85 (1)(C) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility at 5:39 PM. Roll Call, motion carried. a. Discuss and take possible action - Program Coordinator - 6-month probation evaluation 7. White/Erstad to reconvene to open session as Per WI Stat 19.85(2) at 5:49pm. Roll call, motion carried. White/Erstad to end probation period for Program Coordinator probation period and recommendation of step 4 pay (23.27) from step 3 pay (22.23) effective October 12th, 2026. Roll call, motion carried. 8. Recreation & Program Coordinator Report a. Program Updates - Strong Flag Football numbers, co-op with Horicon for Girls' Basketball 9. Old Business: None. 10.
