Plan Commission Monday, May 18, 2026 6:30 PM at City Hall Members Present: Troy Justman, Cathy Firari, Josh Nichols, Bruce Soldner, Ken Steffen, and Mayor Fude Members Absent: Ross Canniff Also Present: Angela Erstad, Michael Heinen, and Weston Boetner 1. The mee�ng was called to order at 6:34 PM. 2. Roll call was taken. 3. Firari/Soldner to approve the agenda. Mo�on carried 5-0. 4. Soldner/Nichols to approve the previous mee�ng minutes from March 30, 2026. 5. Review, Discuss, and Possible Approve Minor Land Division Leter of Intent for Parcel# 012-1015-0443-003 and 012-1015-0444-006. Firari/Steffen to approve the minor land division as presented. Mo�on carried 5-0. 6. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Extension of Premise Applica�on for Rollin Stone – Angela Erstad for a Summer Fall Outside Dining located at 153 E. Oak. Applica�on was presented for June 9 to October 31. Discussed height of fence/enclosure, removal of furniture a�er hours, and other ordinance requirements. Soldner/Firari approve the applica�on extension of premise for 153 E. Oak and to refer to the Public Safety Commitee. 7. Property Maintenance Update: Discussion was held regarding various property maintenance issues. A form will now be used for residents to report property maintenance issues. The Mayor will forward the form to the appropriate department for follow-up. 8. Old Business: TID/TIF discussion was held, and ideas exchanged. 9. New Business: None 10.
