Agenda Approval: Motion by Wegener second by Justmann to approve agenda. Motion carried 6-0. Approval of previous minutes: Motion by Chapman second by Lee to approve minutes of previous meetings. Motion carried 6-0. Approval of minutes from intervening meetings: Motioned by Justmann second by Wegener to approve the minutes of intervening meetings. Motion carried 6-0. Public appearances and citizen comments regarding agenda items: Communications: Motion by Justmann, second by Chapman to approve $60,675.94 in checks and $202,131.20 in electronic payments. Motion carried 6-0. Reports of Officials: A. Mayor: a. Cypert motioned and Chapman seconded to approve Resolution 12-2026 (Approve Facsimile Signatures). Motion carried 6-0. b. Mayor Fude Read the Poppy Proclamation. B. Clerk/Treasurer: M. Buchda reported that the workman’s comp audit was submitted, the county is updating the current tax system, updated the council on the flowers that were planted downtown that were purchased with the vibrant spaces grant, updated the council on summer hours, and reported that the City is waiting on the financial audit entries.
