Juneau Fire Department 128 E. Cross St Juneau, WI 53039 April 15, 2026 Chief Eddie Weiss called the executive meeting to order and roll call was taken. A motion was made by Dan Zank to approve the agenda, second by Dave Beal. Curt Ninmann made a motion to suspend the reading of the meeting minutes, second by Dan Zank, motion carried. Public Comment: none Communications: nothing to report SOG Rewrite & Review: nothing to report Old Business: Nothing to Report Preplan: nothing to report Personnel: nothing to report Fund Raising: nothing to report Fund Purchase: We have 3 personal thermal imaging cameras, we can get 1 more New Business: Truck checks - Policy 602, every third Wednesday and after every call. Dodge County Fair: Need us for the stage this year, and there is only 1 Demo derby this year, it will be late afternoon. SPS 330: ICS 800 everyone should have, it is an online course. Fire inspections: Should be a certified Fire Inspector. Driving Apparatus - Should have Driver operator class to be Qualified Driver. Training requirements policy 514 - At least 2 trainings a month. Need 12 trainings in a year. Health and Safety Committee policy 819: is updated. SCBA policy 808: is updated. ESO: 2391 is up a running for truck checks. Fire Rescue One: Independent study, working on getting 2 trainings done every month, between in person and one online. Once course is complete it will be credited to your personnel file. Have to get all independent study done by 12/31. Training: With no further business to discuss, Dan Zank made a motion to adjourn the meeting with Jessy Schuster seconding it motion carried.
