Read Purpose of Public Hearing: Propose rezoning of parcel referenced on the Public Hearing Notice. 6. Entertain Motion to Open the Public Hearing portion of this meeting. 7. Entertain questions/comments for parcel 241-1115-2221-001. Mayor to ask 3 times if there is anyone wishing to speak in favor or against the rezoning. (Each person must state their name, address, and relationship to property before speaking). 8. Entertain a Motion to Close the Public Hearing portion of this meeting. 9. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Certified Survey Map for the separation of parcel #034-1115-3331-001. 10. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Multi-Family Housing on Jewel Street. 11.
