The matters to be discussed and the agenda are as follow: 1. Roll Call and Agenda Approval. 2. Presentation from Baird Financial regarding the Creation of TID District #5. 3. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve the Creation of a TID District using Baird Financial. 4. Adjourn Meeting It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above- stated meeting other that th e governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
