________________________________________________ Special Common Council Tuesday February 29th, 2026 6:30 PM at City Hall MINUTES ________________________________________________ Members Present: Bob Chapman, Jane Fude, Troy Justmann, James Ronge and Mayor Wegener Members Absent: Richard Evans and Doug Lee Also, Present: Adam Ruechel & Jennifer Engel (Baird Financial), Meagan Buchda The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. The roll call was taken. Fude motioned and Chapman seconded to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Adam Ruechel from Baird was present at the meeting to go over the possible creation of TID district #5. He talked about the steps that it takes to set a TID district up along with the rules/regulations of the TID. There was lots of discussion between the council members. There was no vote on the creation of TID District #5 for a lack of a motion. Ronge motioned and Fude seconded to adjourn meeting at 7:48 pm. Motion carried. Minutes Reported By: Meagan Buchda
